Back in 1997, Carol & Bill Neal had been enjoying stamping for a couple of years but were disappointed in the lack of Oklahoma and western theme stamps. After some investigation, they decided to design a few stamps for their own use. Positive feedback from the stamp stores they traded with encouraged them to produce those designs for resale. From those humble beginnings Oklahoma Stamp Art Co. was born.
The design line expanded in response to requests and their own stamping needs. The School Pride/Mascot stamps started in this way and continues to grow. Both Carol and Bill are full time Registered Nurses thus inspiring their nursing stamps. Today, they continue to respond to retailers and individuals requests for specific designs. Although their small "Mom & Pop" business has grown considerably since 1997, they remain dedicated to meeting their customer’s unique stamping needs.
